When do winter steelhead arrive on coastal river systems?

Go fish and let us know!! Most of the big numbers don't show up until January and February. There ones who know the river will get a few in December. Its not even open up high yet and now its just got to a fishable level down low.

Yea I seen a post on the "other" website saying that there were a ton of people fishing above Fiver Rivers saying they did every year. Dec. 1st I think it's open above Five rivers. Right now for steelhead I'd rather be fishing those lower holes below Five Rivers anyways, especially when the water gets around 3.5ft or less. Last year I barely fished up higher cause the water was soooo low.
