I used ugly sticks when I was a kid for trout, but that's where ugly stick and I left things.

I got my ugly stick back in 98 or so in my brief stint in FL and landed some redfish on it as well as others. Landed my first steel and many more and its still going strong. Haven't used it in years but its a great backup. I must say I do prefer my new Lami :thumb:, but the ol ugly will come out again at some point, maybe for lings.
