The crazy thing is, I am headed to the Idaho Falls area...right by the Henry's Fork. all i packed were 7 wts and a scale! Hoping to catch my first 20 + lb mirror...i've caught lots of mirrors, but this place has only mirror carp, and they get big:



mirrors are a recessive trait (like blue eyes) so the entire population of this place is mirror carp. crazy. leave it to me to fly to one of the most famous trout rivers on the planet and fish for carp!
