To me that's right side up!I make them that way because it allows the blade to spin closer to the body witch reduces drag and keeps my spinners in the strike zone just a little longer. That's the theory any way, I haven't done any scientific testing yet. They work for me and that's what counts!

Although the importance of tuning is often debated, I am suspect of spinners that can't be verified.
