Steelhead rags

Whoever told me to used nothing smaller then a quater for steelhead. I caught a nice winter today. on a size 1 hook and a lot of yarn. bigger then a quater.

Really?!...while the rest of us are twiddling out thumbs and hoping to catch a geriatric summer?:lol: I would love to see a picture. PM if you want.

It was only 1 fish and It wasn't worth taking a picture. Hopefully tomarrow Ill catch more fish. Anyone gonna be at Bonnie Lure tomarrow morn?

Your first Steelhead wasn't worth a picture? How do you know it was a winter Steelhead? I'll believe it when I see it. There are very very few winter Steelhead in the interior rivers right now. It could have been a wandering summer though.
