The guy that runs the webcam also runs a Roseburg facebook page. This spring when the ladder was full of chinook, he posted a picture to his Facebook followers and the next day the river was unfishably crowded at the dam. Same thing will happen with this. Good thing it's an incredibly technical place to fish so people will lose interest quickly.
