6!?!? Jeez what is your friend using?

my snarky comment was going to be how big is your friends boat? I've never met anyone that C&Rs coho on Siltcoos, so 6 on his boat? roger

He says that the fish are real skiddish.
They were casting spinners and trying to be really quiet.
They did catch and reaease

cool, C&R at Siltcoos is very rare. what is more common is 'catch, run home and put the fish away, come back and fish for more'.

How does that work on the catch card? Too bad about the poaching.

I'm suprised C&R is rare. It would be a bummer to limit in the first 5 minutes when you wanted to fish all day.

Caught a 181/2" jack about noon today on the way to maple arm. Spoke to Getadwyz but couldn't hear his answer. I think his wife said she got one but not sure. went to fiddle creek and trolled around the back end ,then went out in front of Ada and started marking some fish about 3pm. My B-I-Law had a nice one on that took a bunch of line off his drag and then just swam away, Then about 4:30 he had a jack on and it came to the top and made one swirl and was gone. All in all a nice day on the water.

I got the boat and gear ready to go hooked up the boat to the truck and the radiator sprung a leak. Now I gotta fix the truck first. ):

Game on!

What’s the word on siltcoos? I heard fish been caught but I can’t believe they opened the damn already with no rain????

I was told it is not open yet but with the rain it should open soon.

It didn't stop the seal I saw near the outlet of the lake today!

That's because there's a fish ladder and also a kayak/canoe slide on the dam that seals easily use to get into the lake.
