Thanks. It was really good. Wild mushrooms would have went well with it but we used a bit of bbq sauce instead.

Thanks for that piece tou gave me. I fryed it in butter after soaking it in lime juice, and adding garlic powder, fresh cracked pepper, old bay, and italian seasoning. the I ate it with a bit of horseraddish sauce.
