Oh, I think you're right. It's like a compulsion with that guy and he just can't help himself. Oh sure, he'll probably claim it helps his business endeavor or some such nonsense, but it sounds like you and I both know, he's just a big litterer....carelessly throwing fish photos all over a fishing forum. The nerve!
