How about we both have to be IN the picture or add in some symbol to the picture, like putting a sharpie spinner with a green eye in it (for me) so we can't fake the pictures.

I think that you yourself must be visible in the pic, and no not just your hand. the other good option is the oregonian from the day you caught the fish with the date clearly visible on the paper..

-Some source of date ID (phone, watch, etc.)
-IDing your rod before, so we can tell it's YOUR fish, not your dad's.
-Using only your own equipment (not dad's super-duper-hook-all-the-fish-rod)

I'm waiting for something, and that will have to wait... I will probably get 1 day of fishing for coho, a tiny chance of 2 if I go home with my limit (hopefully 4 is the limit, thats why you have parents

Wait, what about native fish? If we dont lift it out of the water, how do we get a face shot without falling into the river?

you can lift wild fish out of the water for a photo in OR. just be quick about sending them on their way. no hands in the gills ect. grab them just above the tail and support them under their pectoral fins.

Parents dont fish (no tags), they help me carry the fish up the hill . Besides, if they hooked a fish, they'd probably break the pole and jump in the water... :shock:
