I took to of the bigger parts of the fillets to a gaming party last night for dinner. Baked them with lots of butter, lemon juice, and herbs and spices. Oh man sooo good! I also gave part of it to my mom and another part to a neighbor and I'll share the rest with some other friends soon. I really like sharing my ketch with people who would otherwise never have eaten wild caught fish. Give them a taste of the real thing!
