Didn't they start counting them in January last year? Why wait til March this year....I just answered my own question...I guess March 1st is the magical "date"

Floated the South this afternoon trying for that early first fish...Had one for a couple seconds,probably a winter but it might have been HIM!!..

Well,truth be known,there has been a summer caught at the deadline already..Only one that I know about and I do believe it was a HER!!
