i am going to go and get mine on monday, what should i bring? my thinking was only my boat title so it has the reg. numbers on it, am i right?

Go to Oregon Marine Board.GOV and you get all the info. Read the fine print. It looks like you do not have to buy one this year if your tag on your boat expires at the end of this year. Next year it is automatic with your fee. If you are in a boat over 10 feet that is not registered, you need a personal tag in the boat. Nobody wins. They can pull you over just for that.
