Waco, I googled it a bit and saw that humboldt squid attack salmon and can leave marks on them! The squid are moving into new territories further North. Interesting that you've seen the same scars on 3 fish!

Anyway dude, did that fish jump or did you keep her down?

The squid will leave circular scar rings from their tenticles, i just sawl a discovery channel show on squid. So if they werent small circle scars, it probably was something else.
Either way, it would suck to be a tasty steelhead in the ocean
