Plunking on any beach on the Willy or Columbia. Forget the piers and head to the beach!

The riprap along the Columbia almost always produces, even in the cold. Head up to Cascade Locks. Also you could try The Umpqua south Fork.

Hi OFFers, I will in Yachats all next week and want to do some fishing. Yachats River is currently open for Salmon. Anyone think it will be fishing? Also intersted in doing some surf perch if anyone has a decent spot I should hit. All the best, P

Metolius River, Crooked River, all of the high mountain lakes etc etc. etc. Any river that does not end up flowing to the Columbia will have trout. Get this book. Unbelievable resource and inexpensive...
