Pier where I can toss lures for salmon year around?

Hello,

I don't seem to find the information from the forum.

I have recently visited the Edmonds Fishing Pier at Washington where it has cleaning station and lights. Saw some were tossing the lures and caught salmon while others are targeting to squids.

Wonder if Oregon has a pier to toss lures for fishing for salmon, rock fish, etc?

Maybe Oregon is popular at jetty area only?

Thank you,

What part of Oregon? I don't know of piers but the jetties around the bay mouths might suit your Ned. Salmon when they are running and rockfish, greening, Ling cod and surf perch at other times.

"Year round" IMO would mean that you'd have to move around. It's a coastal stream game, here, in the Fall. And, largely, a Willamette Valley game for them in the Spring.

Have you contacted ODFW?

Plunking on any beach on the Willy or Columbia. Forget the piers and head to the beach!
