Never been brave enough to touch a carp much less taste one, so I can't base it on that but I'm sure those things are absolutely terrible!

Native 1 to 2 lb German Browns caught early in the season are pretty good.

I'd say the live gold fish that I chewed up was pretty disgusting. Wait a minute, you said game fish. I didn't care too much for shark.

Not sure about worst but I ate some fish I caught off the Jetty in Charleston that I didn't much care for. Might have been surf perch.

Your right about Browns....I lived off them for a few months once. Excellent.....especially smoked.

Okay I will go out on a limb here. The worst would probably McCormick’s take out blackened catfish. The best would have to be my Italian baked salmon recipe.
