Worms in seaside?

Anybody know where to buy worms in seaside( in the city) i’m staying with no car and i’m hoping to get worms and have a blast catching sculpin and maybe flounder in the river. any info is appreciated!

Try buds rv park store in gearhart, I use to buy a lot of gear and bait from them.
