Hey OFF folks. New to this site, though I've lurked around for a while-- for intel, but also for fun. Moved down to Corvallis last year (grew up in PDX but spent the last decade or so in Montana) and love fishing the year-round streams down here. I'm looking forward to C&R fly-fishing more creeks and rivers in the valley side of the coast range this Jan-Mar. Targeting winter cutthroat runs mainly.
Curious if anyone has intel on regs for Aaron Mercer reservoir/ Rickreal Creek above the res? Can't seem to find any regs for the reservoir and would love to fish the inlet stream. Rickreal is open for C&R trout year-round...
Also looking to try the upper forks of the Yamhill and Willamina Creek. Any thoughts? Not looking for specific spots, just general convo.
