Willamette smallmouth bass tips near Eugene

I've been looking all over the willamette for decent smallmouth im getting desperate and willing to drive an hour away from eugene please help!

The Long Tom is full of bass. From the Fern Ridge dam, all of the way to it's outlet into the Willy (between Monroe & Corvallis).
