What was being stocked in the Molalla River off Freyer Pk Bridge?

Seen A fish truck dumping trout or smolts in the Molalla, didn't get a chance to stop but just curious if anyone knows what was being planted? I assume the DFW is working on restoring our "Native" runs or something. I know lots of waterways get stocked without being public for conservation and such. Just never seen the Molalla get fish since 1998.

100,000 smolts with a 1-2 % return = 1,000-2,000 Springers. Plenty to catch !
