20 inch but I do have a CMC jack plate so as to make height adjustable. Says Tony

Stay away from Suzuki.
It's not that they are bad running motors or unreliable.
But that Suzuki has made them so that what should be simple repairable parts, are not and must be replaced.
And the price of the replacement parts are astronomical.
My 25 HP Suzuki needs a trim ram. The bad one is not rebuildable.
The replacement part sales for 2/3 the cost of the entire new motor unit with the trim and tilt.
