Tillamook Bay This Weekend

Went to TBay this weekend. Weather was awesome but the bar was closed. Fishing was slow as we didn't see very many hookups. I hooked and lost a jack as I got it close to the boat. That's what I get for horsing it in. Later in the day, I redeemed myself with this 16lbr. We were fishing three rods all day and I was the only one with any action. Crabbing made up for the slow fishing, although it's hard to say it was slow for me.

Thanks all, it sure has been gorgeous fishing on the coast. I've been pretty fortunate to have a shot at the fish out there this season. Yeah, not a ton of coho sightings in TBay but I found some outside of the Nehalem Bay a couple weeks prior.
