Thanks Troutdude, went out with ODFW again today to do a hook and line survey of the Cape Falco marine reserves. It was OFF the hook! Caught 6 fish in 5 casts at one point... Nothing like C&Rn 20 a 15 pound ling. They "surveyed and released" a 40 pound halibut yeterday.
