Surf fishing around Lincoln City

what's a good place to get some perch (besides the fish market) in Lincoln City or close by. I only have a few hours tomorrow.

The north side of the city where the rocks cut off the other side of the beach I believe would be your best bet.

I did okay. Nothing to write home about. Sand shrimp seemt to do it. Lots of little ones pecking at the shrimp....
