Stocking next week?

Want to take my nephew out and have him catch his first fish. I saw that Alton Baker will be stocked the week of the 17th, but does anyone know which day of the week it'll be stocked? I called and they couldn't give me that information. Also, what time of day will it be stocked? Just trout eggs, worms, and spinners?

There is NEVER any guarantee of which day of a given week...let alone a specific time. Way too many variables involved.

Call the hatchery and press 1 for the weekly trout stocking schedule. they'll tell you the locations and what days they'll be doing it. usually its been Wednesdays around 10 or 11. Thats when I would go for best action, they are out of there pretty quick little spinners work great too btw(541)896-3294
