CHROMEDOME CHALLENGE
LONGEST FISH WINS!
WHEN- Sunrise December 1st – Sunset February 28th
WHERE- Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Michigan and Idaho
RULES AND REGULATION-
• There will be three Legal Steelhead Tournaments. The FIRST one will be held on Sunrise December 1st – Sunset December 31st. The SECOND one will be held on Sunrise January 1st – Sunset January 31st. The THIRD one will be held on Sunrise February 1st – Sunset February 28th.
• You must be signed up for the month’s tournament no later than the day before you plan on competing.
• These are LEGAL STEELHEAD only tournaments which means ONLY hatchery Steelhead or LEGAL native Steelhead. (some rivers allow native Steelhead retention, if it’s legal than it counts)
• All Steelhead must be caught by YOU on a LEGAL hook, rod and reel
TO COMPETE-
• Two pictures need to be entered for you to qualify.
• First picture is one of YOU holding YOUR freshly caught fish.
• Second picture is one of the ENTIRE fish, with a TAPEMEASURE underneath the Steelhead, and THAT days CODE over the top of the fish. (Codes will be posted on the CHROMEDOME CHALLENGE PAGE each night, codes are only good for that one day, a new code will be posted every night for you to use the next day)
• All picture must be taken just after landing the fish, all “garage” photos will be disqualified…..so remember your cameras and tape measures and most importantly, the code for that day!!!!
• If you are going on a multiple day trip and won’t be able to use the internet…..message me on the NWK Fishing Facebook page a few days in advance and tell me, I will give you further details
• In rivers that allow native retention and you are planning on entering a native fish you MUST place your FILLED out license in the picture with the CODE and TAPE MEASURE
EXAMPLE- Steelhead Regulations:
• Open for adipose fin-clipped steelhead entire year.
• Jan. 1-April 30 nonadipose fin-clipped steelhead at least 24 inches in length may be
kept; 1 per day, 5 per year, as part of daily or annual salmon/steelhead catch limit.
Your license in the picture would read- Species 6W Location 104/106 Length ** Month Jan Day **
• When you get home load these two pictures on to the NWK Fishing Facebook page for everyone to see….entry complete (you can enter fish every day of the tournament trying to get that bigger fish)
PRIZES-
• At the end of each “tournament” month there will be 3 winners awarded.
• 3rd Place- The angler with the third LONGEST fish will receive a sponsor prize pack (all sponsor prizes are not known at this time)
• 2nd Place- The angler with the second LONGEST fish will receive a sponsor prize pack (all sponsor prizes are not known at this time)
• 1st Place- COLD HARD CASH (amount % not known at this time…depends on entries)
TO ENTER-
• YOU MUST BE MY FACEBOOK FRIEND, it is still open to all, so don’t be afraid to friend me or have your friends FRIEND me.
• It will be a $10 buy-in to be entered into each monthly tournament. As soon as you sign up you will be entered into a monthly drawing for a sponsor prize. (Each tournament you enter, you get entered into that months drawing…enter three tournaments get 3 chances)
• If you enter all three tournaments at once you will get $5 off!!
• Just go to NWKFishing.Blogspot.com Click on the TOURNAMENTS page from there you will be directed to sign-up options, select which one fits how you’re going to compete. If you are unable to sign up through PayPal and would like to sign up by sending a check or money order please message me

Step1- Pay entry fee
Step2- Go catch a fish and take two pictures with it
Step3- Go home and load the two pictures on the NWK Fishing FACEBOOK
Step4- sit back and watch how you place!

Can you see it ? Brightly colored drift boats and sleds with sponsor stickers like Skoal , Budweiser , Slim Jim - guys dressed up in NASCAR looking racing suits , all the hundreds of boats would have to wait behind a starting rope until the horn was sounded , big measure ins at the local fairgrounds ...wait- that sounds like FUN !
