Today Fishwhisperer44 and his sons met up with me at the Wooden Shoe Tulip farm to try for some crappie and bass. The crappie were not biting but the Bass were not OFF the hook but there were enough biting to keep it interesting. Bryans son who is now 13 I believe started out with the hot rod. he had a section of shore line he was working and he was hooting and laughing while I was starting to feel whipped.
The sun came out and it turned on an afternoon bite.The water was 51 to 54ish so still a little early yet.
