Rock Creek in Hillsboro

I live in the tanasbourne area and have been walking by a section of this creek that looks like it could hold fish. Has anyone ever tried fishing this creek? Any info would be appreciated as it seems like it could be a fun way to kill a couple hours after work. Thanks

back in the day it did I haven't fished it in 15 years. Have you tried common wealth park it is near there.

I've not seen anyone fishing that creek in probably 20 years either. If you're looking for something even closer than commonwealth try Bethany Pond. It's on 185th just south of West Union. Nice place and I've pulled out trout and carp.

I fished it a week or so ago and cought a small rainbow out if it and had a few chasers as well. but to my knowledge it is all catch and release and no bait.

I was just walking the creek after bethany pond is all. I also wanted to try upstream where Cornelius pass crosses it.
