I see the schedule indicates 10,000 being stocked the week of the 14 - 18.

Yep. I just found my synopsis; and it is indeed the 26th.

(Maybe their stocking now--to bust people who attempt to fish it too early?)

Any bank fishing is horrible that weekend but with a pontoon, busy but I can always paddle away from the crowd...Usually.
Hit it early or hit it late is the best way on a holiday weekend.
