Sorry I just needed to brag a little. I got permission to hit a stretch of the lower scoggins creek after the dam at hagg. I've herd roomers of 20 + inch cutties! Hitting it tomorrow after work so won't get much time in but worth a shot right?

Definitely worth a shot man!! Are you going to be nymphing or using dries? Remember, once you get to the water, wait about 20 mins. Take your time to read the water, read the bug life, choose your flies, etc.

Good luck!! :D

I want to use dries but I'll see when I get there. I'll only be there 2 hours or so so I'll stock to one thing when I get there.

Looking forward to your report. Good luck.

Well do when I get home.

Well good and bad news. First of I didn't get to fish it because I decided it want safe for me to be in that fast and much water by myself. But you can access it will be in the water at all times but looks like it would be fun on a kayak or something like that. Could also wade just not easy.

Perhaps a bit later in the season the water will settle down and you can turn us all green with envy :)

I think I would be fine. My friend us chiming home from college next weekend I'll feel safe enough with someone else there with me.
