Little Fall Creek spill dam

I just watched a nice piece of history on logging and steam bed degradation
and it mentions an existing spill dam on Little Fall Creek. as I live not to far from Fall Creek I'd like to go fish it

"Fishing in Oregon" mentions a concrete ladder, at stream mile 12. It also says that, "The ladder allows migrant fish access to good spawning gravel above a formerly impassable waterfall." IDK if this helps; but maybe it will.

the fish ladder isn't it. according to the Register-Guard it was put in in the 1980s. the spill dams went in the the '50s, to run logs down the creek en mass, in the process literally scalping the steam bed

and oops - my bad - I am looking for a splash dam, not a spill dam. I googled "Little Fall Creek splash dam" and found a photo of it, but no exact location
