Ling Cod off the Barview Jetty

Me and a buddy went fishin off the jetty on tuesday and caught two pretty decent Ling cod's. One was 24.5in 2.5lbs the other one was 22in about a pound or so. here is a picture of the 24.5 incher

Have they changed the ling cod minimum length that has been 24" for keepers?

Per the 2011 regs....
Lingcod (including green colored lingcod)
2 fish
* 22-inch minimum length for lingcod.
* 16-inch minimum length for cabezon.
* 10-inch minimum length for greenling.

We were fishing right off the second parking lot down from the Coast Guard tower...and we actually caught this guy on a motor oil colored grub...we also caught one on a white grub.
