Just wondering how the weed issue is going at Devils Lake. is it okay to put my boat in there?

NO! NO! NO! and NO! The Carp are not keeping up with the weeds/alge bloom growth. I hope that Carp fishing be open. before an alternative weed removal process is introduced. Schools and schools of trophy carp are to be had. Tony

I've been unable to find information in regards to the projected time frame for recovery between the carp and the mechanical harvesting. I grew up in Lincoln City and enjoyed fishing there. Thanks for the response.

I remember Larry Schoenborns show (1980s?) He was catching loads of large trout on that show!
My how things change! Probably lots more nutrient getting into the lake with all the development!
