Lake Creek?

Can anybody tell me when the biguns start moving up Lake Creek?

There's probably a few in there now, but in previous years it's been an october show.

Lake creek however, is closed to salmon fishing this year, same as last year. As is the Siuslaw above the confluence of Lake Creek. You can thank the snaggers at Indiola for this. I'd rather it be closed though, than find hen carcasses discarded with their bellys cut open all over the banks up there.

I think he meant steelhead....I might be wrong here tho.

Posting in September during the peak of the chinook run...I doubt it. That said, Steelhead will be in soon. Usually the end of December decent numbers are in the lower river. Lake creek picks up January to march.
