I will be visiting Tillamook and Cape Maers with my family. How is the ocean kayak fishing? I have a fully equipped malibu stealth kayak and normally fish in san diego, ca and wondering if its worth bringing?

You can fish in Tillamook Bay but be very careful with tides and the currents. Cape Meares Lake has trout. People surf launch at Pacific City and the fishing is good there.
