Just Moved To Portland Oregon and Looking For Fishing Spot advice.

I know fisherman don't like to tell their secrets spot and I'm not asking for that but I'm a father of 3 girls who love to fish. Just moving to Portland OR (Happy Valley to be sepcific) can anyone point me in a general direction where I can bank fish some small river/streams/creek that'll be safe and easily accessible with the kiddos. Thanks in advance, any help appreciated.

I am not from that side but I know that they stock Mt Hood CC pond in Gresham with trout. If you are up for a drive St Louis ponds down along I5 get stocked quite a bit and I have seen recent videos of fishing catching trout there.
