Is it as hot as they say in Oregon?

Has the unusual high temperature cut down on your fishing time? I know it has in N.Y. with heat indexes getting in the 90's. Of course early out early off the water but not for late risers like myself.

It's hot for sure, the heat doesn't bother me as much as the dryness.

But I am still a Floridian, so I'm a little humidity biased

doesn't get too hot to fish (for bass) though.

While it does in Florida, the fish physically refuse to eat when they chance getting cooked. Had to switch to full night fishing down there, and I'm flying back next week, give it another go.

Maybe there is something to global warming.

Ya think?

It's all perspective, I am from Denver, and I think it IS humid here to go with the heat! But yes, this is hot by any standard, even from someone from the high desert.
