Wow. That is a specimen. Looks like a chinook with trout colors painted on!

That is cool. I like that he was actually targeting big trout rather than accidentally catching it on a worm and a snoopy rod I agree @portlandrain , you have to feel for the guy who broke the record in August. He broke the record and only got to hold it for 2 months. Not even the biggest fish this year. Crazy!

Holly Mother of Fishgod.. Does Idaho have any riverside nuclear power plants that I'm unaware of? A fish that big probably didn't even realize it was hooked for the first 1/4 mile of the fight.
