Rainy, cool, days getting shorter.....Man, September was hot! 
This weather is bring me back to life! I got a deer tag burning a hole in my pocket and duck hunting starts on the eastside saturday! :clap:
My youngest took advantage of the lull in the rain and bagged a couple of chinooks from his toon....a real dog and pony show! He has a good anchor set up and can quickly throw off anchor with a float and give chase quickly. He said some of the other guys were snickering a little bit until he caught 2 fast salmon and went home! He said mostly they just towed him around until they tired! Next time he's taking a net, said that was the worst part of trying to land them from a toon!
The little buck harfed his roe and was gill hooked, would have went back otherwise!
