Wanting to take a trip down the river, possibably get into some steel. Guided trip or someone wanting to to make a run. Not familiar to this system so anything is good.

PLENTY of bank access on the Clackamas River. Truly a grip of spots from the mouth all the way up to Mciver... Put on some waders and go exploring, you wont be disappointed.

I'll second that, get out and wet a line. They're in there.

Oh I have done some exploring an have found some great holes just couldn't get anything to hit. Don't get me wrong ill be on the stalk whenever possible looking for that elusive steel. It would just be nice to hit the river in a boat.

Can't help with the boat, but I got one on the clackamas Sunday. White 1/8 jig head, bubble gum pink worm. Good luck!

Been hearing a lot about that damn pink worm, still throws me for a loop but hey I guess it works. And I really haven't mastered the bobber, more or a drift fisher.

I haven't mastered any of it, but I lucked out. Probably wont hook another one for ten years, but I'm going to have fun trying. Have you considered a pontoon boat. I've floated the clack in the summer. I'm going to try it this weekend if everything goes as planned. I'll let you know how it goes
