Does anyone know or can give me tips and help me know how to fly fish for trout I have a fly rod but don't know what to use or any techniques for fly fishing for trout.

I guess it's better to start on still water. I started with nymphs. Easier to present. And they do work.

Fs I just don't like having to use a indicator I been practicing with like a midge for bluegill

I used an indicator (and it helped me a lot) until I realized that I don't need it anymore.

Yeah I think dry dropper might be better tho because the dry fly or hopper on top can be used as a indicator and still catch fish on it but it is harder to get in strike zone and cast

Orvis offers free fly fishing classes a few times a year. Any fly shop can put you in touch with an instructor.
