got this today in the winston area of the south umpqua kind of a bruiser but it is fin clipped almost looks like a "miss clipper" but it was definitely a hatch fish and not done by some rebel a year ago.....i tagged it and when i cut it open the meat was perfectly florescent pink with some glow to it, which was a relief, so it was worth the trip today! .......had 2 others on that i also lost.........

Can anyone advise on how to access the river behind the casino?
Also, what are the ideal water levels and ways to see current water levels for the South Fork?
Thanks!

behind the casino is as simple as driving to the gazley road bridge and pulling off to the right where the pull of is ,
most of the river up and down in that area is decent from the river graph being in between 6-8.5 feet anything lower i would travel down river to lower holes for
slaughtering, my best low hole is good at around 5-6 feet but that's just personal preference different ppl will have different opinions.
cheers

Thanks! Thinking of hitting it Saturday, and have never been down there. Looking to redeem myself after losing a pig Saturday while trying to extract it from the water!

River may be on the rise this weekend, but could still be good. If it does come up behind the Casino should be good. There is also access right there through Stanton Park (although I heard it may be closed currently?)
