First blood in the boat!!!

Got my first steelie in the boat today! I am 1 for 2 now and am pretty stoked to land this 34 inch long 16 inches around beautiful chrome buck! Weighed 12lb 9oz on the berkley digital. My buddy has a few pics but I am waiting for those and will post them later. BTW, I didn't have a net! I felt like a total jackass out there unprepared. Thanks to a very friendly fisherman who oared over and loaned me a net I was able to land him. If you are out there, thanks again Buck!!

Thanks all! They didn't want the corkie yesterday. Threw probably 100 drifts through the hole, nothing but a decent sucker fish. lol. Picked up the bobber rod and first cast got drilled, bobber down. 1/4 oz jig was the ticket.
