Some people eat them but I think catch and release is the best game plan. Definitely do not keep a hen, you can't even smoke flavor into a mushy hen. Theyre fun to catch and release, just snap a quick picture, pictures worth a thousand words right? And worth way more than wasted meat when you get home and cut it to see white mush
