Shimano Stradic FL

I have had pretty good luck with the Shimano Sedona, however my favorite is any reel that lets me go fishing....but that wasn't a vote option.

Shimano!

I have a shimano currado and a shimano corvalus that have both been workhorses for me and have given me years of service and have slayed many different kinds of fish.

The only ones I tried were ceymar, and I have 4 of them different sizes , caught bass, trout, steelhead, carp, sturgeon and Lingcod . Didn't disappoint

I used to fish the Penn 209 for ocean salmon. Great steady no frills reel. When line counter came out I tried the Okuma Cold water, was not at all pleased. Then we switched to the Okuma Magda Pro line counter. It's my favorite coho/chinook reel. For steelhead from the bank I still like my DAM Quick Finessa and Mitchell 300 spinning reels.
