Looking to go camping monday tuesday and wednesday. Was thinking about a change of scenery maybe eastern oregon for some big trout. Absolutely unfamiliar with the area any suggestions?

Lemolo Lake has hundreds of 18 - 22" browns...and many larger ones too.

Wickiup has some great camping and wonderful Trout angling opportunities...Rainbows, and Browns. Centrally located for some lake hoping as well.

If you really mean to go to Eastern Oregon... you can't go wrong with the Browns on the Owyhee River. Long drive if you're coming from the west side of the Cascades but worth it.
But if you're thinking of eastern, as in the east side of the Cascades I would say hit one of the lakes for big trout. I would second Troutski's tip, tons of lakes to jump to and try if you get bored with Wiki.

Should add that southeast Oregon is currently on fire.
Hopefully they'll have it contained soon. So check before you head east some where.

Diamond Lake has some of the nicest camp grounds around, unsure how the fishing is going up there this time of year, lemola is close and lake creek that runs between lemola and diamond is a full day trip if you hike the length of the creek, but very cool with lots of pools, little pressure, and great scenery. Very few ppl have the ambition to walk it.
