detroit bass &kokes

Ill admit i'm definitely not a koke expert but i have a boat this time so i have the chance to catch ym first.. i have a few home made wedding ring style spinners for trolling and im getting nightcrawlers later..and Bass .. i have never targeted them here but im sure ill do fine.. does anyone have some tips they could provide so my trip might be a bit more succesful? and if you are out there don't be afraid to say hi. we aree in a green 12 peice o crap john boat. one old man and one teenager wish me luck! will be back with a report tomorrow

Are there kokanee in Detroit lake? I figured since the lake is empty during the winter there wouldn't be anything but pellet heads (planters).

I didn't know there were bass in there. Have you caught them there before? I do know that there are Kokanee there, but I haven't fished for them.

Nope, I've never fished for bass anywhere least of all Detroit. Now Koke's I've fished for (and caught) in 'Odell. That is some good eaten fish

I have heard of people pullin kokes out of there, but im not sure about bass.
