Not uncommon to see folks out walking there pets. At least it's on a leash and the person has a Poopy bag to clean up behind it. Where I come from though, you need to be in a cross walk or get ran over.

I guess I am a little behind, lol. I totally didn't even notice that this was already posted some time ago. And I have seen fish cruising old logging roads and such during high water on little streams but that's a first for seeing one cruising down the highway. That road needs a steelhead crossing sign.
