That reg is annoying and discriminatory. I bought an SUP specifically with scotty rod mounts built into it for trolling. It works great for trolling, and I can stand and cast. What universe are they living in where they can tell you that one paddle craft is legal for fishing, but another paddle craft is not?

If you fish from a SUP I would call the parks department there and check. No one here can no for sure and the "I was told on the internet" defense has yet to work
